Extensively researched and wrote series of technical papers relating to the ARMMS Demonstration Project for presentation to Congressional Committees and the Air Force Space Technology Center. Each report was reviewed and approved by Program Managers with minimal changes, well received by the target audience and led to promotion to supervisor.
