Project Description Emirates NBD Bank required a workflow system to cater to their daily activities of the Logical security unit. Objective of the proposed initiative was to implement an integrated software solution managing all User ID Creation/Deletion, Password resets, Enable/Disable User IDs in all the bank systems. The online workflow System will integrate with maximum possible bank systems allowing automated actions.

Implementation of this software reduced administrative overheads and manual processes, thereby reducing costs, ensure fast and error-free transaction processing and provide accurate and timely MIS information. This was developed in an eBusiness Suite Platform using OA Framework, Oracle workflow, AME, BI Publisher and Discoverer reports capabilities.

Responsibilities 1. Business Requirement gathering and prepared functional specifications (MD-50) along with prototype screen designs.

2. Created Project Plan and prepared the work breakdown structure of the team.

3. Weekly tracking of the project status and notifying the project stakeholders about the same.

4. Technical design of the application along with the ER diagram and process flow diagrams for the screens.

5. Development of Workflow and AME.

6. Development of interface with Core Banking (Finacle), Loan Management (FinOne), Active Directory etc. systems.

Project Description Emirates Islamic bank and Emirates NBD Bank required a property management solution for managing the properties owned by them/their customers/funded properties. The system required modules for Leasing, Booking, Handle Tenant/Occupant complaints, Facilities and Property maintenance management. The system needed to be integrated with Oracle GL module for automated accounting entries and Account Payables module for payments to tenants and vendors.

Responsibilities 13. Business Requirement gathering and prepared functional specifications (MD-50 along with prototype screen designs.

14. Developed more than 25 Forms from scratch including Property master, Customer Master, legal case tracker, Leasing and Booking Modules, Payment Management, Worklist, Contracts management, Receipts management screens using Oracle Forms 10g in APPS environment.

15. Integrated the Leasing and facilities management module with Oracle General Ledger and core banking systems for automated payment management and clearing along with accounting entries.

16. Integrated with AP module for automatic invoice creation and vendor payments including settlement payments to Tenants.

17. Developed more than 50 reports using Oracle Discoverer.

18. Developed more than 20 reports using Oracle BI publisher (formerly XML publisher).

Project Emirates NBD eBusiness Suite R12 Upgrade

Project Description The Oracle eBusiness Suite Implementation at EmiratesNBD was of version 11.5.10.2 with Teleservice, CRM Foundation, Installed Base, Oracle Interaction Inbound and Outbound Modules installed. This project was aimed at upgrading the existing operational system to 12.0.4 version of Oracle APPS for the ease of future implementations and getting additional features.

Responsibilities 1. Conducting a gap study between existing Oracle 11i and R12 system and preparing a gap document.

2. Prepare plan for pre and post upgrade process.

3. Getting rid of customizations/upgrade the current customizations to work with Oracle R12.

4. Upgrade the Database as required per the R12 compatibility matrix.

5. Carry out the upgrade process of APPS environment using standard Oracle patch for R12 upgrade.

6. Modify existing TCA procedures and functions for customer upload as per the upgraded TCA APIs.

7. Upgrade existing customized Forms and PLLs from 6i to 10g to work with the new environment.

8. Create new customized forms in 10g version.

9. Retrofitting and all the customizations and Integration layers with other interface systems. Prepare and manage project plan and Task list of the team.

10. Manage and review all the technical and functional activities of the project.

11. Managing a development and testing team size of 13.

Project EmiratesNBD CRM Rollout

Project Description The eBS Implementation at EmiratesNBD was aimed at standardizing the Customer Service Processes across the bank post NBD and Emirates Bank‘s merger. The architecture of the application involved CRM servicing integrated with the Core Banking System (Finacle), ATM and Cards System (Base24 and Vision Plus) and Loans System (FinOne). The project involves product customization and implementation of Oracle 11i (E-Business Suite 11.5.10). It involved implementing the Customer Life cycle, Oracle Workflow and Advanced Inbound. It also involved development and implementation of a Generic Oracle Service Request Workflow that could address the various Customer Service scenarios across the bank’s departments and a robust integration with the Banking Systems. The project also involved implementation of TCA architecture for uploading data for all the customers and their details from Finacle, Vision Plus and FinOne to the CRM and also development of the logic for the daily refresh.

Responsibilities 1. Liaison with the core banking and interfaces team and gather requirements and conduct feasibility study.

2. Implementing TCA module for customer data migration from various interfaces.

3. Development of Generic Service Request Workflow to handle all the possible combination of Customer Service scenarios as defined in the Workflow Meta Data.

4. Functional Configuration of CRM and e-Business Centre for a 360 degree customer view.

Project Description Neotel is South Africa's first converged communications network operator. Neotel is licensed as South Africa's first alternative infrastructure-based telecoms provider, capable of delivering a broad range of wireline and wireless data telecoms services on a national and international level. Neotel provides a portfolio of services to the wholesale, enterprise and consumer markets.

The scope of the project to capture user information from the order (lead) generation till putting the order in service. This project has interfaces with modules like Sales (Oracle Sales Online Tool), MetaSolv (Order Management System), Billing (Geneva Tool) and Remedy (ViZNet).

Responsibilities 1. Gathering the requirements and understanding the process flow from the client, Suggesting and implementing suitable designs and getting one approved by the client.

2. Create custom screens and interfaces into Oracle Sales Online system according to the user requirement and interfacing various other applications like POS (Point of sales), Order management system, Billing System etc.

3. Implementing Workflow for sending notifications to various users at the appropriate stage of Order Life cycle.

4. Design and Development of PL/SQL Packages, Procedures and Data base triggers to process the Workflows and then Integration of the Generic Workflow with the Oracle sales online using Oracle Advanced Queuing.

5. Customizing existing seeded forms and develop custom forms in Forms 6i.

Project Description Warner Brothers is a fully integrated, broad-based entertainment company, is a global leader in the creation, production, distribution, licensing, marketing of all forms of entertainment and their related businesses.

Worked in an order management system which manages the validation, pricing, logistics and invoicing of all customer shipments. Order entry system managed the complete order lifecycle including inventory management and invoices generation to the respective customers against it. It also managed the returned items lifecycle.

Most of the transactions were EDI transactions through GXS like Purchase Orders, Invoices, Orders, Returns.

Design and development done Onsite (worked from Burbank, LA County, California for 14 months).

Responsibilities 1. Gathering the requirements and understanding the process flow from the client, Suggesting and implementing suitable designs and getting one approved by the client.

2. Developed Sales order and Invoice forms using Oracle Forms6i.

3. Development and Maintenance of Generic Router system to handle EDI file transactions across multiple systems globally through Australia, Hong Kong, UK, Brazil, Mexico and US.

4. Functional Configuration of EDI transactions to handle the Order flow through Supply chain cycle.

5. Design, Development and maintenance of Interfaces with Warehouses for Order Dispatch and Confirmations.

The architecture of the application involved 3 instances of eBS servicing multiple Vodafone circles and integrating with the Billing Systems at all these Circles. The project involves product customization and implementation of Oracle 11i (E-Business Suite). It involves implementing the CRM foundation, Oracle Workflow, E-mail Centre, and Advanced Inbound. It also involves development and implementation of a Generic Oracle Service Request Workflow that could address the various Customer Service scenarios across Vodafone Circles and a robust integration with the Billing Systems at these circles. The project also involves implementation of TCA architecture for uploading data for all the customers and their details from the BSCS system to the eBS and also development of the logic for the hourly refresh.

Responsibilities 1. Closely co-ordinate with the Vodafone CRM Core team and attract newer developments and enhancements
