Financial and Strategic Planning Manager 2004 - 2007 Georgia Power

? Manage a team of Financial and Marketing analysts in support of the Business Unit’s goals.

? Manage both the Capital and O&M budgets for the Business Unit.

? Forecast the financials for the Business Unit, using various modeling processes the results are then merged with the overall company’s financials.

? Developed the financial and operational goals for the Business Unit.

? Coordinated efforts to establish and update the Business Unit’s Strategic Plan.
