Duties entailed: Debt settlement, bankruptcy, judgements, wage garnishments, summons and complaints. Providing customer service, updating and organizing accounts. Working with high volume calls from clients and collectors and building relationships with both in order to get the best settlements available for the clients. Knowledge of FDCPA and worked daily with Excel, Outlook, Global Client Services Software and Client Debt Solutions Software.

Duties entailed: Computer inputting: Microsoft Word, Works, Excel, Access, Windows XP, and Word Processor. Employee scheduling, interviewing applicants, inventory control, store operations, store communications, inputting BOL’S (Freight), marketing and merchandising materials research.
