Project Description:

ANZ People soft HCM is a maintenance project that supports the HR application of the ANZ Bank. This is a global application used by all the employees in the bank. Modules implemented are Core HR, Global payroll, Absence management, MSS, ESS and custom modules.

This is onsite project and IBM is working at the client side.

Responsibilities:

Support the end-to-end HR system.

Project Description:

ABN AMRO HRTP TOM is a maintenance project that supports the HR application of the ABN AMRO Bank. This is a global application used by all the employees in the bank. From an IBM perspective this is a multi technology, multi location delivery project.

The entire architecture of Manager Self Service module was designed and developed by the IBM team. The module was designed to be configurable to cater to future additions (Additions could be Countries, Transactions or Approval levels). Various application engines were developed to update Job related tables with transaction data.

Responsibilities:

Prepared the analysis report of the existing 260 Business Objects reports to check the complexity and feasibility to develop the same using Peopelsoft XML publisher

Developed some sample BO reports like Pie charts, Horizontal Bar charts, Vertical Bar charts, Matrix reports etc using Peopelsoft XML Publisher to see the feasibility of the reports.

Prepared the analysis document to tune the existing system as part of the performance improvement intiative. This involves analyzing the components which needs to consider for the performance tuning, suggestion to improve the performance and time required to implement the suggestions.
