Prepared engineering data using Gulfstream specifications, Engineering Change Design (ECR) using CATIA V5 and ENOVIA LCA (Lifecycle applications) for the Electrical Component Installation (ECI) and the Water and Waste Systems for Gulfstream’s G650 business jet such as sheet metal brackets support for electrical and mechanical components. Designed pallets and storage containers manufactured at the facility and used for transport of variety of supplies. Provided detail drawings to computerized test stand and all additional required information for quality and inspection of rails, and brackets.

Designed manufactured components for mobile shelters used as food storage, personnel housing or maintenance hangar for fighter aircraft. Developed new innovative products to produce stamped aluminum parts and reduced the process time significantly.

Projects involvement: US military helicopter CH-47, C-130 and the cargo systems for Boeing 747 and 757.
