Managed the deployment of ACS’s 2009 Build Program based in Anchorage Alaska. The project consisted of 12 New Site Builds, 29 EVDO upgrades, and sectorizing 6 existing towers.

Turn Key Site development which included receipt of the search ring, candidate selection, identification of the primary candidate, landlord negotiations, lease preparation and execution, Engineering, zoning, permitting and regulatory.

Wireless network and cell site development nationwide. Managed the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of several Wireless Facilities In the Eastern US. Hired as BICS engineer. Promoted to Construction Manager and then to City Manager of 45 mile EPC (Engineer Procure & Construct), fiber optic ring in Tampa, Florida. After completion, transferred to Atlanta as City Manager for a 55 mile EPC project. Responsible for an excess of $100,000,000 in revenue in four years. Responsibilities include:

Budget preparation, cost and revenue forecast.

Project controls and corporate report preparation.

Supervision of direct employees as well as subcontractors.

RFP/RFQ preparation, submission, evaluation, and bid award.
