Assisted with all maintenance related investigations and studies. Reviews Quality Assurance database inspection summary inputs for content and accuracy. Initiates actions when additional attention is required to resolve adverse maintenance trends or training problems. Actions included preparing cross-tell information bulletins and messages for release to other similarly-equipped work centers. Reviews major discrepancies for trends quarterly.
