·Responsible of the Help Desk support, we solved more than 300 cases daily without any executive Escalation during the first year.

·In charged of Cisco Internal escalations to the appropriate operation team. We created an internal business flow model with a proactive SLA’s response to achieved 100 customer satisfaction.

·Partner on site trainee, we did more than 40 live trainee for the Latam Partners for a better tool management looking to help in their service business continuity.

·Developed internal process to accelerate Public Bid information partner requested, based on ITIL.

·Developed a POS (partner revenue from a 2tier program) recognition that was the basic to evolve in the actual POS recognition model today.
