I am a U.S. citizen born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 1/16/1950. I graduated from Fairleigh-

Dickenson University (Madison NJ) with a B.S. in science 5/1971. I then attended the NJCMD dental school in Jersey City and Newark, New Jersey. I received my DMD in 5/1974. I passed the NERB and national board exams and received my license to practice dentistry on February 19th 1975. I have now been granted licensure in both Maryland and the District of Columbia.

As to my work history. I started in private practice immediately upon receiving my license. I also worked part time simultaneously in 1975 for Dr. Joseph Perry 732-***-****) in Atlantic Highlands,NJ. My first practice started in 1975 and was located on Shrewsbury Ave. in Red Bank, NJ. In 1977 I moved my private solo practice to Newman Springs Road in Tinton Falls, NJ. In 1982 I opened a second location on Nottingham Way in Mercerville NJ. In 1989 I moved my Tinton Falls practice to Newman Springs Rd. in Lincroft NJ. In 1997 I sold the Lincroft practice and practiced full time Mercerville. In 2014 I sold my Mercerville practice to Dr. Y. Kumar 609-***-****) and remained on as an associate for the transition. I have kept my NJ license current but have since relocated to Silver Spring, Maryland. I have worked continuously for 40 years in private practice and will hopefully continue to serve the public here in Maryland and DC. I received my Maryland and DC dental licenses in 2016 and have been working in Maryland full time for the past three years.
