Summary

Experience

• Assembled different size cable and wires into connectors (male/female).

• Used compound and put under ultra violet light to harden faster.

• Soldered fine wires onto trace cut PCB's. QC, Test, labeled and packaged. Solder thru hole/SMT components to PCB. Solder ribbon cable from PCB to another and assembled into ignition switch boxes, then test.

Wire mods and shrink tubing. Bonded piggy back components on PCB. Masked components on PCB.

Rework and cleaned PCB's in degrease machine. Inspected co-workers finished PCB's.

• Used solder pot to tint leads on connectors and wires. Used power tools to assemble box together with spacers and screws. Labeled PCB's and finished ignition switch boxes.

Joined parts to assemble using hand (air) tools and machines (press fit). Board separator machine and punch press.

Built mother boards. Prepped components with hand tools and prep machine. masked components
