• To Contact in process Inspection at Various stages to Ensure all Technical Details are evaluated thoroughly.

• Controlling the finishing section up to shipment, inspecting the Final AQL as per the Buyer Standard.

• Analysis on Rejection with a target of < 0.5% Cut to Pack and Day Wise Rework.

Technical & Management

• Analyzing the Styles finding the way to product feasibility and Viability.

• Checking the Fit Sample and given comments and rectify the problems.

• Creating the spec based on the buyer Grading Rule.

• Holding Pre- Production discussion with suppliers on the sampling program, to make sure their understanding on the program matches with the buyer's requirements.

• Making a Sewing and Quality Instruction Sheet for Each Style.

• Successfully Managing activities troubleshooting and rectifying any problems arising in the production areas in the shortest possible.

• Supervising Supplier performance on the basis of delivery Status & Sampling, Quality Issues Etc. By conducting Regular Inspection.

• To Maintain AQL standards as per Buyer Specifications. Coordination

• Communicating specifications to Designers, Production Personnel and ensuring manufacture as per predefined norms.

• Monitoring Quality control of in process/ Finished products to ensure minimum to Nil Faults.

• Supervising Supplier performance on the basis of delivery status & Sampling, Quality Issues etc by conducting Regular Inspection Client Relationship Management
