Jan 2018 to present the Little clinic managing acute and chronic illnesses in both adult and pediatric patients as well as managing the clinic and staff. May 2015 - 2018 Kentucky One Primary Care managing and diagnosing chronic and acute illness including some simple office procedures along with Pap’s. Managing illnesses such as Heart failure, DM, HTN and HLD. Managing health maintenance and referring appropriately to Specialty Practices as well as diagnostic procedures. The daily flow of the office included treating chronic and acute illnesses as well as effective communication with Home Health Services with the long term illness. Communication with patient and family members to ensure the best and appropriate care for all concerned. The majority of the charting was utilizing EMR ( Allscripts ). The average patient flow consisted of around 15- 17 patients per Provider.
March 2011- 2015 The Little Clinic managing patients in the primary care setting, minor wound management, facilitating and delegating to a small staff as well as appropriate treatment and referrals as well as management and care of both adult/pediatric patients averaging around 30-35 patients daily Oct 2010- Feb 2011 Dr. Joseph Banis Plastic Surgeon managing and facilitating the care of post op cosmetic and reconstructive patients, hospital rounds, complex dressing changes, consults, dictations, managing wound clinic as well as assisting in surgery (basic). 2009- Oct 2010 ARNP for University Cardiothoracic Surgical Associates managing and facilitating the care and outcomes independently as well as collaboratively with physicians pre and post open-heart surgery, clinic patients requiring post-op wound care as well as physical therapy, discharging patients with appropriate assistance, consults, pre-admission testing education as well as analyzing appropriate labs and X-rays. Learning to interpret CT scans for aortic dissections as well as patient management, and taking call one day weekly.
