Implemented password encryption using RACF and SSL integration.

Planned, installed and upgraded z/VM 5.3 to z/VM 5.4 for 4 LPARS on the same day as upgrade of z/9 to z/10 Enterprise Class Server from IBM. The infrastructure environment consists of z/Linux Red Hat 4.6, 5.2 and Suse 11 without any problems for the z/VM environment. Along with z/OS 11.1 Lpars. The software inventory includes RACF, DIRMAINT, RSCS, TCP/IP, Operations Manager, Velocity & Performance Tool Kit. The migration was complicated by having access to no tape drives and the DASDs to be used for not available on z/9 Machine and no testing can be done.

Planned and upgraded z/VM 5.4 Systems from RSU 1001 to 1002 and to 1003.

Planned, implemented and documented Disaster Recovery Testing for z/VM and z/Linux environment at Sungurd site in NJ.
