substitute staffing for assistants & hygienists when necessary, arrange school presentations during dental health
month, post mail checks & insurance payments into database, prepare/send out invoices, follow-up with
insurance companies on outstanding claims/pre-authorization requests and other related matters, process daily
electronic check deposits and credit card batch-out, process end of-day reports ensuring producers are correctly
accounted for and production/collection amounts are accurately balanced, ensure phone lines are turned over at the end of the day with message stating Dr. on call, & that the office is properly closed & secured in the evening.
