MDOT Youth Development Mentoring Program Facilitator, assistant to Program Manager. YDMP is a federally funded state operated program. As a facilitator I supervised 4 Crew Leaders and their crews. Duties include scheduled visits to Universities and College campus for the Manager recruitment and collaborative presentations. I assisted mentoring, training both Crew Leaders and Crew Members to implement program values toward responsibilities, empowerment, respect, integrity, relationship building, and good safe work habits.
