Duties & Responsibilities

Over-all responsibility for the progress of work at site in accordance with the time table for the project implementation.

Supervise the works in the field.

Prepare material take-off/bill of quantities and attend pre-bid and bidding conferences for incoming projects.

Prepare variation order for on-going projects as deemed necessary.

Submission of daily and weekly activity report to the Project Manager.

Supervising of all construction in the field such as, sub grade, aggregate base course, Asphalting, and the concrete for the project

Manage overall Construction Activities of the Project. Crew of 100 Employees.

Supervising the planning, design, survey layout works, and cost estimates for the monthly progress building.

Schedule day to day activities including materials delivering, and equipment, and man power utilization on site.

Attend Weekly Meeting with Project Manager for the control of nonconformities and analyze the progress of corrective actions.

Planning to facilitate in the delivery of material from the motor pool, where house and batching plant.

Responsible to prepare plans, estimates, payroll and other office work. Preparing and submitting daily report to the client. Coordinating with client for inspection.

Verification according to IFC Drawing for reinforcement detail of column footings, beams, roof slab, plastering and preparation of quantity measurement, submission and completion. SITE ENGINEER (Civil)

Technical supervision of different types of concreting work. Preparing completion report submitting for approval.

Survey and leveling work for the execution of the projects. Prepare a summary of work of every activity which will be imposed in the project.

Assist in the district engineer in the supervision of the construction and improvement of drainage systems, roads, bridges, buildings, and other public structures. Computer Literacy:
