We believe honesty, integrity and compassion are the cornerstone of our practice. Our clinicians are dedicated to the personal growth of each individual client; each with years of experience in counseling. Our humanistic approach is client-centered and based in the Jungian and Rogerian theoretical perspectives.

We work cooperatively with each client to eliminate barriers to their personal mental health. Our therapeutic approach works because we create an atmosphere of safety, confidentiality, and positive self regard. We journey with each client to enhance their knowledge of themselves and social systems at play in their lives. Together, we determine practical solutions to promote transformation from the inside out. Our practice is unique in our expert approach and delivery that allows each client to use our services and begin healing.

Therapist School-Based Outpatient Services

As a School Based Therapist, I provided clinical intervention within the school districts and delivered individual, group and family counseling to students. As a therapist, I also offered treatment planning goals that are implemented and supported throughout the therapeutic process. I created multidimensional family, group and individual therapy that assisted in individual growth and achievement of established goals. Using these techniques, I created incredibly quick rapport that assisted in the process of integration of new mechanisms of mental health. I have been successful using Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Evidence-Based Relationship Module methods. January 2007 – February 2009

Outpatient Psychotherapist

I developed and provided therapeutic interventions, including both directive and non-directive play therapy while serving children and adolescents. Treatment population included but not limited to victims (children, adolescents, and adult women) of sexual abuse. Also I treated children, adolescents, and adults with mood disorders, children with attachment diagnosis, and children with a variety of behavioral concerns. Coordinating treatment with community service agencies was crucial to successful fulfillment of treatment indications, therefore producing resources for my clients to be supported outside the realm of my services.
