Develop, implement, and review healthcare plans for patients, including conducting initial patient assessments within 24 hours of admission while overseeing a 25-bed Medical Surgical Unit. Empower individuals to maintain medication and treatment regimen compliance by providing ongoing instructions, guidance, and support. Spearhead the development and implementation of care plans for patients to address their individual needs.
