• Examined the behavior of lipid membranes by using fluorescence microscopy and contact angle techniques.
• Measured different characteristics for chemical modification surfaces to achieve more sensitive surface.
• Improved surface for gathering chemical products which can increase density for binding lipids.
• Explored the sensitivity of sensors based on ion selective field-effect transistors for various biological substances using different techniques: volt-ampere characteristics, AFM, SPR.
• Tested MOSFET like sensor with fluidics system with different liquids (solutions with different pH level, β-lactoglobulin, concentrations of NaCl). PUBLICATIONS
