I have been retired for 3 years and need to find part-time employment to help me be an asset to a busy office environment.

Manager of all administrative duties required to support students, faculty, and staff in the daily operations of the Counseling Department in the School of Education. I was responsible and carried out my duties to include scheduling of classes for the department, secretary to the faculty in the department in making the infrastructure of the needs of the classroom and students available. Event planning for special department and school events.

1983 – 2005

ADMINISTRATIVE PROJECT COORDINATOR, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, CIT

Lead administrator of project office duties related to the daily operations of the project offices assigned to which were all related to research and development of space flight projects to include Mars, Saturn, Jupiter of the electrical and mechanical engineering projects assigned. This included preparing project presentations to other NASA supported facilities and JPL specific projects. I was responsible to manage the office daily work related to correspondence, travel arrangements, planning and executing duties for in-house and public events.
