●Collaborated with a team of administrators to develop a district wide culture of trust and support.
●Assists in the development of the annual budget and structuring the process of how it is presented to the community.
●Serve as the McKinney Vento coordinator, assisting students and families in need of support.
●Worked with the elementary school principal to implement a common Literacy assessment and literacy program in grades 6-8, which is consistent with what students are using in previous grades.
●Developed an RTI program at the secondary level which has reduced the number of students being referred for Special Education services.
