• Served as project lead for system implementation and liaison between HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, external vendors and business stakeholders. Designed & implemented project timeline for Employee Central, Recruiting, and Performance & Goals modules globally; led a team of HR reps, SAP configuration consultants, and data migration consultants from planning and testing stages through go-live and post-go-live (ongoing) configuration and administration.
