Participation in the assessment of Armenia’s industry sub-sectors and selection of the value chains (VC) with high-growth potential. A comprehensive analysis, utilizing a combination of DRC (Domestic Resource Cost), PNA (Product Network Analysis) and SWOT analyses was carried out.
Consultations with key stakeholders to develop strategy of cooperation with GOA on developing sanitary and phyto-sanitary measures; eliminating technical barriers to trade and building capacity of food safety standardization and accreditation bodies.
Organization of round tables and meetings with various stakeholders and companies to assess the current status of targeted sub-sectors and develop mechanisms for cooperation.
Organization of more than 50 interviews within food processing sub-sector, and compilation of short summary reports per VC.
