Unique Boutique and Bridal, Knightstown — Lead Stylist

April 2022- PRESENT

Worked my way up froma training stylist to a lead stylist in a short period

of time. I diffused hard situations and angry customers while trying to

maintain a positive experience. It is largely a customer service position,

but I’ve also handled payments, checkout processes and proper

documentation and inventory.

Goodwill, Rushville — Cashier/Producer

November 2022 - April 2023

Handled payment at the register, bagging, returns, helped stage inventory

on the sale floor and took part in the cleaning rotation. I went through

donations and put it into inventory and met my number goals for the day.

Helped train new employees and dealt with unhappy customers.

Souders, Rushville — Seasonal Corn Processor

July 2022- October 2022

Processed corn for the 2022 season including cutting, washing, weighing

and bagging corn. Other duties included cleaning kitchen grade

equipment, carrying up to 50 pounds, checkout and cash handling.
