Utility / Tumbler Operator

Responsibilities:

● perform all procedures (powering, mixing, Weighing, etc.) To strict process specifications with minimal supervision.

● Acquire finishing operator skills bo OJT within one to six months. Also need to acquire knowledge of sequence in which finishing operates. must be able to operate finishing an automatic or manual mode.

● Identify and solve process related problems. Recognize and Report any deviation to supervisor immediately.

● Respond quickly to equipment failure.

● collect product in a sequential order and identify product with Lot number, count, weight, time and size.

● check slurry hourly for proper concentration and proper quantity to maintain slurry power level.

● Pick up and log all scrap.

● Keep production records that are complete, accurate, and legible.

● Maintain a clean and safe work area. Must comply with all safety procedures.

● Maintain production of high-quality products.

● Maintain all latex Reserve tank levels to ensure uninterrupted operation through 24-hour operation.

● Perform all duties of dip or Tumblr operators as needed.

● Assume duties as group leader in his/her absence.

● Dip line and finishing areas housekeeping on a daily basis.

● Must perform mold maintenance as needed.

● Must be able to work overtime as needed to perform mode changes, dip line cleaning, and color changes.

Combination operator

● Comply with all paint rules and regulations.

● Comply with oil paint safety and GMP procedures, and other programs.

● Maintain establish quality and production standards.

● Move to production Department all approved and correct components and/or work in-process to production process.

● Load approved components into appropriate machines.

● Move finished products and components to design storage areas.

● Assist supervisor(s) in preparing dearly work-in-process inventory.

● Make necessary machine adjustments as needed and required.

● Complete appropriate documents as required.

● Clean Machine as directed by the supervisor(s).

● Assist the supervisor and preparing Device History Records and other documentation is needed.

● Work overtime as needed or required.

● Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.

Material Handler

● Move to the production Departments all approve and correct packaging components and or work-in-process to be used in the production process.

● Move our finished products and components to Designed storage area.

● Assist the supervisor in preparing daily work-in-process inventory.

● Maintain production supplies inventory, reporting any shortages.

● Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.

● Complete appropriate documentation as required.

● Clean machines as directed by supervisor.

● Perform minor Machinery adjustments such as, but not limited to, brush crimp rolls, change foil rolls, change shrink wrap film, unjam machine, code changes, take readings and maintain of machine operations.

● Assist the supervisor and preparing batch records and other documentation as needed. Assembler / Packer

● Comply with all plant safety, GMP, ISO, OSHA procedures, and other programs.

● Maintain and improve up on established quality and production standards.

● inspect condoms that are to be pouched by the packing machines.

● Operate the Apollo, Cartoning and Naturalamb equipment.

● inspect for used condoms for correctness of coding, product defects, and cosmetics as per company policies and procedures.

● Insert for used condoms into boxes and cartons.

● Stacking shippers on pallets.

● Load cartons into machine and/or on conveyors to maintain full level.

● rework damaged finished goods-glue guns/teardown etc.

● Maintain a clean and safe work area.

● Report to supervisor any deviations from the process.
