Responsibilities include:

●Admissions Assistant: Prepare Pre-application screenings. Compile information into hard files for Interview & Orientations for prospective Candidates for the academy. Recruitment of prospective candidates. Gathering confidential information and securing according to DMA protocol. Conduct exit process for candidates and their families after being interviewed to entail updating files and checklists for parents and guardians. Taking admissions calls and explain the program to prospective candidates and their families. Assist with processing candidates upon intake day.

●Case Manager: Following DMA Guidelines and protocol for proper tracking of 2 past graduated classes during the Post Residential phase of the program which consists of 12 months. Coordinate and execute mentor training days for Cadets & their Mentors on grounds during the Residential phase of the program which consists of 5 months. This includes, set up, breakdown of the event and monitoring of visitation.

Assist various staff on service to community missions that the Cadets must attend during their residential phase. Assist Cadets who are struggling with life changes and need positive feedback. Coordinate conference calls between Cadets & their Mentors when appropriate. Insure proper documentation of cadet files to DMA standards and guidelines.
