I am a mother of two looking to branch out to help support my

family. I’m hardworking and driven. While I’ve done seasonal work over the years, I’m looking to find something that works for my family life while also allowing me to work around my children’s school schedules. I’ve had a lot of work with the public. I have many years in customer service. I have done customer assistance over the phone and through online services. I have worked with customers previously by helping them to schedule appointments, taking payments, answer questions, make online profiles, going over services available to customers, online assistance, and other general customer service needs. I have been a tax preparer for a few years so I have a lot of experience with dealing with confidential, and personal, information. I have dealt with handling money and deposits as well. I managed our branch office so I have had experience in management roles as well. I am often the one people turn to for help with technology issues, especially people of my parents and grandparents generations. I have some experience in the healthcare field and as previously stated I am CPR and first aid certified. I am eager to help in any way I can.
