Managed $2M+ of raw materials, molds, and equipment in preparation for the first of several anticipated ship builds. Served as senior on-site representative of the CEO and established policies and procedures for all aspects of the design and manufacture of the vessel to meet compliance standards of the preeminent certifying body (DNV). Conducted planning, implementation, and monitoring the overall manufacturing strategy of a carbon fiber “high-speed, light-craft” naval vessel.

• Established a manufacturing footprint and support facilities to produce the first of several planned ships and created a viable plan to scale to produce multiple vessels simultaneously for at least five years and beyond.
