Apprentice Graduation Scheme – Optical Assistant

I completed an apprenticeship Optical Assistant scheme here with Vision Express which I graduated from and achieved my 3 distinctions. As an apprentice I had experience of working with customers at the front and also working with contact lenses, teaches, dispensing and health checks, I know how the GDPR and British values work with the companies and the customers also how the GOC works and can be affected within the company and how customer satisfaction and equality plays a main part.
