EMPLOYMENT

Responsible for all aspects of the departmental, supporting the Manager in driving key elements such as marketing and promotions, operating criteria, VIP guest visits, staff relations and training. Expected to play a key role in the vision of success and guest expectation.

Heading the operations in the absence of a Receptionist and Recreational Manager.

DUTY MANAGEMENT/OPERATIONS

Ensure that all agreed operational standards are maintained within the department and that any defects are addressed quickly and efficiently.

Take full management responsibility within the department in the absence of the senior officials, acting as Representative.

Responsible for Opening/Closing Procedures when on duty.

Set an example at all times in standards of professionalism, attitude and appearance as required from the staff.

Provide operational support to all departments when required.

TREATMENTS

Follow the protocols and standards taught in training..

Adhere to training as set down by the Manager and attend all training courses as deemed necessary.

Update own knowledge of products and outside of formal training.

Carry out an in-depth consultation with senior officials prior to treatment, ensuring medical history and concerns are identified.

HEALTH, SAFETY & HYGIENE

Will assist the Manager in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the working environment, in accordance with the Health and Safety and Hygiene legislation.

Day to day responsibility for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment and preparation areas.

Receive training on all relevant legislation pertaining to the Health and Safety at Work Law and Health and Hygiene standards.

Act responsibly at all times in relation to personal safety along with the safety of colleagues.

TEAM & MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

Set an example to all co-workers in daily work, professionalism and standards.

Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the department.

Responsible for motivation of colleagues and to report to the Manager on the ambience of the team at any given time.
