Home: 605-***-**** - Cell: 605-***-**** - ady35i@r.postjobfree.com My entire professional career was in sales, which has helped me tremendously in all areas of life. Nothing happens in this country until something is sold, as were it not for sales, we would have little need for factories, and nothing would be produced.
I have had a successful career in sales and feel this carries over into almost all aspects of life, even in retirement. Summary of Skills

My wife was transferred with her position at the VA in the fall of 2017. In January 2019, we moved back to Sioux Falls with her job, and I was able to once again, be employed by this company.

Brown & Saenger Inc
As of 1/1/2015 I retired from a rewarding career with this fine company. My duties included increasing sales to existing, and new customers. My years spent with this fine organization were truly enjoyable. The friendships made and the goals reached, are full of nothing but good memories. I sold professional printing, office furniture and machines, along with promotional items. I was able to increase sales each year.
Working for this wonderful organization has been a great cap to a great career. Sales
January 2010 to January 2011
Davis Typewriter Inc Worthington, MN
I worked out of the Marshall, MN office as manager of the contract furniture division. I had 4 salesmen that I was responsible for.
My duties included sales, design and installation of furniture. While I made a few new friendships, working for this company was not a pleasant experience. I promised myself I would give it one year and I left the position exactly one year to the day, of my employment start date.
• One advantage of working for Davis was that I had a company vehicle and an expense account, in which I was responsible for.
• They are a good company, but it was not a good fit for me. January 1999 to December 2010
North Country Business Products Bemidji, Mn.
I was in charge of maintaining and increasing a client base for Northern Mn. My duties included sales, design and installation of office furniture. My sales territory was approximately a 100-mile radius of Bemidji, MN. Part of my duties encompassed cold calling in certain areas to increase my customer base. In my 11 years spent there, I was able to show an increase in sales for each year. I won several sales awards including trips to Florida and Las Vegas. I look back on my time spent at North Country Business Products with fond memories. They are a great company and great people to work with. Education
