1989-1999 Assembly, Detection Systems

Built smoke detectors, pc boards for detectors and tested them with heating oven and artificial smoke.

1999-2016 Group leader/Chassis Assembler,Cytec Corp.

I build innovative modular switching. Companies that we built for example Boeing, Lockheed Martin and the government. I am a group leader in my department. I train people on new products. I would be the person that would build specials and first product. And the document it. I also wiring to 5v to 28v power supply and solder connectors to cables.

2016-Present Rochester Precision Optics

I make Electro-Optics for the government for night time vision.

I did four stations on the assembly line, LAS station 209 lens,207, 210 station, tri optics machine, point source that lines up the barrel and lenses and sealing station. I use microscopes, uv lights and Loctite 1132 for sealing the lenses and rings in barrel.

I also can inspect and clean lenses to make sure there good and ready for the assembly line.

I’m also a backup line leader. I became a line lead in 2022 for EO department we made night vision for the military. What did was putting lenses in objectives, which it contains two lenses. There are a barrel two lenses top and bottom lens. First I have to have a prime on barrel and lens, and then mix RTV-630 to seal between lens and barrel. This company we built for was DRS.
