Led organizational development for agri-business-oriented organization like Farmers Marketing Collectives (FMC’s), known as SME’s Mutual Marketing Organizations (MMO’s), capacity building of FMC/MMO’s, TNA.

4Built collaborative rapport with UNICEF, WFP, Microfinance institutions, Livelihood activities PPAF, State Bank and other Commercial Banks, Cooperative department, Training for Small and Medium Enterprise (SME’s) and Entrepreneurs.

4Leveraged keen insight for the provision of technical guidance and supervision of the Farmers Marketing Collectives (FMC’s) in the project’s districts, also led awareness sessions on Small and Medium enterprise development (SME’s).

4Formed Mutual Marketing Organization (MMO) & Registration with Cooperative department; awareness sessions and stunting of child due to malnutrition issues and address the issue through establishment of homestead kitchen garden.

4Emergency project COVID 19

4Worked as the team member of FAO during COVID 19 emergency response interventions was to mitigate effects of Covid-19 by ensuring provision of critical inputs to small producers, with special focus on women, enabling them to continue production. Women entrepreneurs, youth, and marginalized groups such as smallholder farmers were targeted as recipients of the Covid-19 response interventions. As an immediate relief measure, the emergency response activities included animal vaccination, provision of tools, equipment, seeds, fertilizer, fodder, and feeds. The direct input support activities were complemented by capacity building of local farmers/SMEs on good agriculture practices, climate smart practices and value chain development. GRASP also promoted awareness around Government of Pakistan’s financing schemes during the emergency response period. Necessary capability building support was also provided to community and local business institutions so that they continue their services during Covid-19 restrictions.
