Supervise the Buying and selling of Foreign exchange.

Financial reporting to central Bank.

Prepare monthly reports for both incomes and expenditures.

Supervise the daily remittances.

Branch Operations Manager: Equity Bank (U) Ltd.(2009- to date)

Supervise the Branch’s daily operations, this includes the tellers, customer service and back office transactions.

As the Accountable Officer, I am responsible for planning, developing, and implementing a full range of banking activities at the Branch.

Do Branch Reconciliations and submit reports to head Office.

Manage the ATM machine in performing daily reconciliations, cash count and oversee to its smooth operation with minimum down time.

Dealing with customers on a daily basis responding to queries, opening accounts and managing their accounts, maintaining a log of customer complaints and resolutions.
