• Coordinated SMED activities to improve mold changeover times, we have 13 injection molding machines and were completing over 200 changeovers a month, we were able to improve changeover time by 30 minute in a 6 month period.

• Responsible for controlling scrap and meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets.

• Responsible for regrind utilization and recapture of gates from manufacturing process.
