Checked Ups workers bags and ran through x-ray machine, checked Id badges when forgotten or lost to make sure they was current employees before buzzed them to let them in. Call armed guard security if situation was threatening, also did computer checking in every person who was buzzed in had to sign their name and date on paper and reason why they didn't have their badge. Then I would have to enter the list into computer and if they needed a replacement badge I had to make sure it was entered so my supervisor would know they need replacement ID. I also did the boxes doing the hook so all semi drivers had their boxes prepared to hook the trailers.

I would first clock in then go down and count my register. Once my cash register was counted and money was correct amount I would turn my aisle light on. I then would wait for customer to put their items on conveyer belt I would smile greet them and start scanning their items,putting in bag. I would make sure all their items was scanned and bagged and ask are they paying cash,credit card or check. I would then proceed checking them out when cash I would mark with marker any big bills make sure it was real. Also make sure to count out their change if they didn't pay exact amount. If it was credit card I would ask to see Id with credit card and swipe it to make sure it's not declined. If customer was paying with check I would run it through the check machine to make sure check doesn't decline. When there was no customer I would maintain my aisle straightening any items that was misplaced in wrong areas. End of night we would walk store aisles marking on sheet any damaged or stolen items we noticed. Straightening all shelves putting everything back up and placing items back where they belong if they got put in wrong bar code shelf. Then I would count down cash register marking the exact amount in cash register putting
