Duties:
Compiling and preparing of batch documents for production. Ensuring that the batch documentation are signed off by the responsible pharmacist before going to production.
Ensuring that documentation is on the current version before preparing the documentation.
Providing additional pages relating to the batch book for production as requested. Receiving of samples from the QC laboratory including components, raw materials and finished pack samples and the storing thereof. Retrieval of documents and samples as requested.

Allocation of numbers when suspect blocking reports are raised. Posting of documents via courier service.

Updating and e- mailing the spread sheet to team leaders regarding the output on a daily basis.
Receiving documents related to products, ensuring that the full release and second Are completed.
Providing GMP training to employees.
