Experience:

2018 – 2022

Aamco Transmissions – Store manager at both current locations in Amherst and West Seneca NY. Helped to build the newest store in West Seneca and gain neighborhood ties. Regulated day to day operations including; hiring, training, accounting for sales, meeting customer needs, parts ordering, maintaining the facilities, keep up to date on newest technologies, conflict resolution with customers issues, and (although rare) internal issues.

2017 – 2018

LKQ/Keystone - As Quality Control Manager in the Depew, NY warehouse, I was responsible for testing and inspecting all parts removed from salvage vehicles that were ready for sale to the public or licensed repair facilities. Parts ranged from sold to stock units. Parts varied from external body parts (often quarter or half of a whole vehicle) to internal electrical parts, engines, transmission, and any part requested. Items were packaged and made ready for delivery. The customer was contacted before shipment with any unknown damage or non-working parts and to verify orders.

2008 – 2017

Bridgestone Retail Operations – During my time with Bridgestone Retail Operations, I held the titles of Tire Manager, Service Manager, and Store Manager in multiple locations in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York. In all positions help, customer service, sales, and keeping up on the latest technologies and products were the largest part of the day. As Tire Manager, I held the added task of tire inventory tracking, tires sales trends, and buyer. As Service Manager, I help the added task of making sure parts and consumables inventory was fully stocked, and some light sales reporting to corporate office and district officials. As Store Manager, I oversaw all day-to-day operations and reviewed all work, employees, and lower-level managers’ reports.

Erie Community College – General studies geared towards business, math, and management.

University at Buffalo – General studies geared towards business, accounting, finance and management.
