-Manage, document, and follow up with the daily timecard of all employees.

-Follow through with all recruitment processes from beginning to end, including scheduling necessary drug testing prior to employment offer.

-Provide benefit packages and ensure that employees are accommodated prior to their start date.

-Ensure all H2A programs for employment are accounted for and ready for processing.

-Responsibly use the E-Verification process for all employment types.

-Provide disciplinary write-ups, termination follow up, and meetings when necessary.

-Hold monthly OSHA Safety Meetings for all employees.

-Ensure that all employee grievances are seen, heard, followed up on, documented, and resolved.

It is best to know when to ask for help when working as an individual and it is best to express ideas and thoughts with others using a form of communication.

Ensuring that I lead/train my team towards a common goal is important and I do so by clarifying the knowledge that I have via communicating with others or via research and experience. I came to an understanding that leading by example is best and that constructive criticism is best received when given with encouragement.
