professional development activities and onboarding and orientation programs, validate staff competency, monitor practices, mentor and coach new and current staff, devise and revise policies, conduct clinical rounds, conduct taskforce and PI projects where I put the

client’s needs first. I worked on multiple ongoing projects including the optimization of the electronic medical record which received HIMSS accreditation. I excelled during our accreditation site visit by the American Nurses Credentialing Center for our Center of Excellence for Continuing Nursing Education.
