READING AND LISTENING TO MOTIVATIONAL ARTICLES, GARDENING.

I have come to learn that I am responsible to keeping myself positive and energized. In this regard, I read a lot of inspirational books as well as watch online spiritual teaching on how to manage myself internally. It is a new concept to me where I am learning that change process should begin within me. I am accepting that I should not expect others or the external environment to change for my sake. I want to change my situations to positive outcomes by practicing giving gratitude and appreciations as much as possible. I am also learning and reading articles on meditations, self-love and care among other things.

I enjoy watch plants grow and I take pride in preparing my kitchen garden and growing my own vegetables during the summertime.
