Experienced and results-driven school counsellor with over nine years of experience providing guidance and support to students. I am dedicated to helping students succeed academically, socially and emotionally. I have strong expertise in educational counselling, career and life management, addiction and mental health psychosocial support services. Skilled in conducting assessments and evaluations, developing intervention strategies, collaborating with teachers, parents, and stakeholders to promote academic success. I have helped countless individuals and organizations build resilience, cope with stress, and cultivate positive mindsets. My strengths include conducting needs assessment, creating training materials, and delivering workshops and coaching sessions that are tailored to the unique needs of each individuals or group. As a teacher and counsellor, I have helped numerous individuals in managing their personal and emotional challenges, and stressors. My objectives include the following:
