Experienced and results-driven school counsellor with over nine years of experience providing guidance and support to students. I am dedicated to helping students succeed academically, socially and emotionally. I have strong expertise in educational counselling, career and life management, addiction and mental health psychosocial support services. Skilled in conducting assessments and evaluations, developing intervention strategies, collaborating with teachers, parents, and stakeholders to promote academic success. I have helped countless individuals and organizations build resilience, cope with stress, and cultivate positive mindsets. My strengths include conducting needs assessment, creating training materials, and delivering workshops and coaching sessions that are tailored to the unique needs of each individuals or group. As a teacher and counsellor, I have helped numerous individuals in managing their personal and emotional challenges, and stressors. Keen to find a challenging position in a dynamic organization where I can leverage my expertise to assist students develop the skills they need to succeed in school and life. Objectives

My objectives include the following:

Provide individual and group counselling services to students experiencing academic, career, and personal-social difficulties.

To conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ academic, career and personal-social needs.

Providing crisis intervention and support for students and families.

To improve student’s ability to learn, think critically, solve problems and communicate effectively
