Project Description:
As customer requirements increased, the customer management module in billing systems ceased to be an effective tool. Customer Relationship Management systems took over the role and are currently the main tool for managing interactions with customers, sales, marketing, customer Service and technical support activities. As a result, billing is no longer the master repository of customer data. Smart phone usage has skyrocketed, the consumption of data and content has also increased, competition on the market has become stronger than ever before and the focus of operators has moved from networks and products to customer experience. As a result, the role of billing systems has been redefined. Many modules that used to be part of them, such as product catalogs, customer management and managing product instances, have evolved to become separate tools. Therefore, billing has been pushed to the role of a mere calculator. But the new requirements this calculator has to meet have become extraordinary large. Currently, a telecom billing system must handle sophisticated services, various types of subscribers, lines of business, payment methods and business models. Additionally, it must control services and charge for them, as well as provide information to other applications and do it all in real-time. Transactional System Testing - Roles and Responsibilities :
As Siebel module tester understood the business process and functionality of Siebel entities Account Management and Contact Management system.
Performed integration testing between Account, Contact, Opportunity and Service Request modules.
Developed test scenarios and test procedures based on the test requirements.

Project Description:
This application will cover Debit/ Credit note entries. Such entries will be used to carry adjustment in the system. Due to changes in rate or any adjustment, user will use Debit/Credit note option to pass such adjustments. In case of changes in rate for any products, changes in billing rate, change in installation and interest rate, system will ask user to specify date range where such changes will be applied. System will show old rate, user will enter new rate, system will show cost impact due to new rate and allow user to enter reason. Such rate changes details (old & new rate) difference amount for individual transactions will be stored in separate table. User will have option to print such details, system is having separate section for reports from where user can see the data all Debit/ Credit note entries. BI System Testing - Roles and Responsibilities :
