main objective was to take care of my sister who had a stroke . Assisted patient with limited mobility in all necessary movement for example,toileting and making sure that she is clean after using restrooms.

Provided personal care to patient for example dressing,washing,giving the right medication on time,managed and resolved issues when the patient refused to take medication and collecting prescription and attending doctor's appointments.
Ensured that all clinical equipment are kept safe and in a functional state,zero accidents were recorded. Ensured that all floors are clean and not wet to avoid slippery.
