Leading of good governance and development process at the provincial level that improved accountability, efficiency and has implemented more than 400 projects by the cost of 10 million dollars in one year.

In the behalf of local government leaded the partnership with private sector that has increased 20% of investment and 10 % in numbers of companies in the field of poultry farming, dairy, processing and livestock.

Accurate provincial developmental priorities, planned and facilitated donation and implementation of more than 400 projects during my working period.

PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION ADVISOR/TEAM LEADER: - Tetra Tech Company, USAID/ ISLA 2016-2019; Ghor, Afghanistan

Strengthen the capacity of Provincial Governor’s Office (PGO) personnel, Technical advising to the governor, Planning and improved the ability of local government to use their development budget from 25% to 85 percent and changed the old administration to computerized system.

Establishment of Capacity Building and HR Network at the provincial level, and strengthen the HR in Provincial Line Departments and individual capacity building for more than 250 persons and organization development for more the 35 directorates.

FIELD PROJECT MANAGER: - National Skills Development Program (NSDP) 2014-2016; Kabul, Afghanistan

Supplying 400 skilled personnel to the Market and made job opportunity for more than 40 persons.

Received labor & social affairs Minister’s Honorary Award for Exceptional Performance – including the donor appreciation and donation of the project from sex months to two years.

enhance the skills of human resources by vocational trainings in order to provide them with work permit to be eligible to work in internal and abroad markets and providing them job opportunities by lobbying in private sector.

CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR: - UNDP/NIBP 2012-2014; Herat, Afghanistan

Individual and organizational capacity development of personal and Labor and Social Affairs to be able to do efficiently their key functions and expedited the service delivering in field of paying the retirees, martyr, widows, disables, social affairs and labor increase about 25%.

Receiving more than one million-dollar budget for Herat provincial Department from Donors.

Increasing the capacity of using annual development budget from 23% to 65 % and Promoted to Field Project Manager.

MONITORING AND EVALUATION SPECIALIST/ TEAM LEADER - UNDP/ASGP 2008-2012; Herat, Afghanistan

Monitored & evaluated the organization structure, HR situation, performance appraisal and policies of more than 50 Provincial line Directorates (PLDs) and prepared analytical report that caused the continuation of the projects from 1to 3 year and donation of second Phase of the project.

Basically changed the performance appraisal and PLDs Education Departments at the country level and enhanced old procedures from old to the new one.

Received honorary in recognition of outstanding service and promoted to capacity Development Advisor.

AGRONOMIST: - DACAAR 2006-2007; Herat, Afghanistan

Extension of mechanized agriculture and reformed seeds, fertilizer and trained farmers in cultivating deferent plants, such as saffron, pistachio, kitchen gardening, wheat …. for more than 200 farmers and exceeded 50% their incomes.

Extended the cultivation of saffron and pistachio from a few acers to hundreds at the two districts and extended the production about 80- 90 %

Made job opportunity and increased the income of more than 100 wives by implementation of kitchen gardening program.

LECTURER – Herat University 2007-2009; Herat, Afghanistan

Training of professional and educated cadre for extension of mechanized agriculture, protection of nature, environment and soil as world investment and enlarge the productivity of soil, unit and operations by academic studies and researches

Having partnership teaching and researches projects in the field Vegetable and Marketing of Agricultural Products subjects.

Received the university’s Honorary Award for Exceptional Performance.

SOCIAL ORGANIZER – DDR - Ansary 2005-2006; Herat, Afghanistan

Persuaded the former militia of Afghanistan to disarming, support them to merge to civil and development program, and make them job opportunities.

Disarmed more than 2000 people and persuaded to merge in civil communities.

Making job opportunities and supported them by small grants to have the asset of the work.
