Developer: Young Woo & Associates - $50 + Million construction cost, Retail space 63,842 SF / Office space 104,809 SF & Restaurant 6,665 SF. Provided full installation & coordination of new mechanical, electrical and plumbing for the entire building, new building lobby, installed backup generator for building, two passenger elevators, cooling tower and mechanical programming wiring, 8,000 amp electrical service for building and future tenants.
