Spearheaded all operations associated with Epic standardization and optimization as well as administrative transformation programs. Devised and implemented effective program plans and strategies, including scope, costs, timelines, objectives, resource requirements, and relevant PM deliverables.

Lead EPIC Resolute Revenue Cycle Optimization Project chartered to identify deficiencies associated with the organizations $80 Mil EPIC system implementation rollout, determine why the system was not generating the $10 Mil dollar savings that was used to justify the purchase of EPIC and identify opportunities for improvement that could produce additional savings.

Conducted a concise review of variances associated with system configurations and rollouts at each ministry, developed dashboard to proactively monitor key performance metrics for each functional area, identified resource deficiencies and replaced inefficient single thread processes with parallel processes.

Developed, documented and presented recommendations that would result in a 2-day reduction in time to bill and estimated revenue savings of over $24 million per year.
