Topic: Bio Softening and Chemical Softening of Banana Fibers, the PSGR Krishnammal College for Women, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. (Jun – Oct 2019)

Summary: Nendran variety banana pseudo stem has been selected. Its anatomical, physical, chemical, mechanical, structural and surface morphology of fiber has been extracted and were analysed. After undergoing various process and different tests it is proven that banana fibers can be utilized for textile industry.
