Hired to build and lead the team that has installed all aspects of supply-chain management into an all new and empty warehouse. Building a distribution center connected to a state-of-the-art FDA regulated manufacturing facility at start up. As a warehousing expert, I’ve written and instituted over 100 procedures that dictate the day to day operation of the entire Logistics department.

Designed, mapped, tested and perfected the layout for Iatric/Rockline’s Warehouse in the Morristown facility.

Contracted to assist the Warehousing and Transportation Manager on a list of projects that had taken a back seat in the wake of his recent transition into the role. He hired me to work closely with him and take on tasks that were keeping him from managing his day to day operations.

Established a company manual for outbound deliveries from information gathered across departments and companies in conjunction with representatives from outside trucking companies.

Analyzed data to develop a strategy for inventory reconciliation with third party forwarding warehouse partners across the United States.

Developed relationships with national trucking and intermodal carriers and brokerages to insure true and reasonable billing for transportation exceptions keeping detailed records for later exploration.

Researched and launched a testing program for pallet shipment and package analysis using a third party package lab and the ISTA and ASTM shipping guidelines for safe pallet transport.
